Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at MeBox. We recognise the commitment involved in purchasing our heavy-duty items and aim to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to returns and refunds. Please read our policy below for detailed information.

1. Returns

a. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

b. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

c. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

d. Exceptions: Customised items or products that were on sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

a. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We'll notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

b. Approval: If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund should appear in your account within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

a. Shipping Costs: You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from it.

b. Risk of Loss: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item, and the risk of loss or damage for returned goods lies with you.

4. Exchanges

Given the heavy nature of our products, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange for the same product, send us an email at [sales@meboxutetoolbox.com.au], and we'll provide instructions.

5. Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please take photos immediately and email them to us with a description of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which might include a replacement or refund.

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
